Lize Alberts is a passionate Biokineticist based in Fairland, Johannesburg, specialising in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, pregnancy, and postpartum care as well as Autoimmune disorders.

With a strong background in treating conditions affecting the neck, knee, back, shoulder, hip, and ankle, she applies her expertise to enhance recovery, improve functional capacity, and boost overall health and quality of life via exercise prescription. Having worked at notable institutions like Alberton Rugby Club, the Centre for Sports Medicine and Virgin Active, Lize established her private practice in 2023, where she provides personalised care and tailored treatment plans for each client.

Lize collaborates closely with an expanding network of healthcare professionals, including chiropractors, physiotherapists, and general practitioners, to ensure the highest standard of patient care and optimal outcomes are achieved.
